Your Face
Flawless finish
When applying foundation ensure your skin is well hydrated for a flawless finish. We recommend using Liquid Gold Poly Oxidant Complex to provide skin with a perfect make-up base. This complex gently gives skin a lift, protects it from free radical attack whilst keeping it hydrated and smooth. The new daily ‘essential’.
REMEMBER
- To apply all face products down the neck and décolletage. This area need attention too and avoids the ‘leather look’ no-one desires!
- To also apply Vital C Serum & a high protection sunscreen and to the back of your hands to keep them youthful looking.
- Always let your chamois dry out after use to avoid bacteria growth.

The Eyes have it...
Relaxing Eye Treatment
Step One: Dampen 2 Chamomile tea bags in room temp water, squeeze off excess water and place over closed eyes. Relax for 5 minutes.
Step Two: Remove tea bags and pat eyes dry.
Step Three: Apply Luminescent Eye Cream by gently patting around the eye area. This wonderful eye cream will help diminish dark circles, reduce puffiness and leaves eyes feeling soothed and nourished.
Sparkling Eyes
The expert eye product to help maintain a youthful look is: Absolute Eye Complex. Delivering an immediate skin-tightening effect around the eyes and helps diminish the appearance of dark circles and puffiness under the eyes. This light gel gently resurfaces the delicate eye area with beautiful hibiscus flowers.
Party Eyes
Alpha 75 will reduce your lines and wrinkles by up to 75% with results lasting for approx. 8-12 hours; ideal for a cocktail evenings or parties J. Apply eye patches as per instructions, it is important to follow the instructions carefully. Wait 10 minutes, then apply a thin layer of the 15% Glycolic Hydrating Mask over the face and leave on for a further 10 minutes. Remove eye patches and thoroughly remove all traces of face mask with warm water and face cloth or sponge. This mask will ensure skin is smooth, refined and re-energised for the party. Apply Absolute Eye Complex or Luminescent Eye Cream to gently hydrate and keep eyes looking youthful.
Eyelashes
If you have straight eyelashes that need a bit of a curve, heat your eyelash curlers with a hairdryer for a few seconds before using to curl your lashes.
WARNING - be careful not to heat the curlers too much as this could be painful

Do-it-yourself Facials
Everyone know the benefits of regular facials however who has the time these days? Between work, children, household chores… the list goes on. We have outlined some do-it-yourself facials with your favourite Alpha-H products to keep skin in top condition!
The Alpha-H DIY facial – in the comfort of your own home.
Step one: Cleanse with your preferred Alpha-H Cleanser. Remove well with warm water and face cloth or sponge.
Step two: Exfoliate with Micro Cleanse. Helps remove impacted dead skin cells and unblocks pores, gently massage a small amount of Micro Cleanse over the face and throat using small circular movements. Concentrate on problem areas such as the t-zone (forehead, nose and chin), avoiding the delicate eye area and lips. Rinse well with lukewarm water and face cloth or sponge.
Step three: Steam. Steaming your skin will help improve hydration and provide a deeper clean. Fill a large bowl with hot water (not boiling), add a few drops of your favourite essential oil, place a towel over your head and hold your face 30 cm over the bowl. Breathe in the aromas for 5 minutes.
Step four: Mask
Apply the 15% Glycolic Hydrating Mask to your face, neck and décolletage, avoiding the eye and lip areas. Leave the mask on for 10 minutes (use this time to relax or rub Alpha-H’s Pedi Care Treatment Cream into your feet for super soft soles)! Gently remove face mask with lukewarm water and chamois or face cloth.
Step Five: Spritz Harmony Infusion lightly over your face, then apply moisturiser whilst your skin is still damp. This allows the moisturiser to penetrate deeply.
Step Six: Moisturise your skin with your favourite Alpha-H moisturiser.
For dry skin, apply Hydra Defense; dispense 2-3 drops into your hands, warm the oil between your palms then press over the face until the oil is absorbed. Finish with
Rejuvenating Cream. If your skin is oily or acne-prone, try the Balancing Moisturiser with 10% Glycolic Acid.
Step Seven: Bed Time
Finally, go to bed and get a good night’s sleep – your skin will glow in the morning. |

Hand and Cuticle Cream is a very beautiful rich and luscious cream designed to restore moisture, softness and youthfulness to hands that are dry and prematurely ageing. Apply liberally throughout the day and evening before bed. |
Desirable Tan
Step 1: Remove any unwanted hair
Self-tanners can stain hair, making it appear darker, so if you prefer the smooth hairless look, it is best to shave, wax or epilate before self tanning. If you wax or epilate, it’s best to do this the day before applying self-tan to allow time for the skin to calm down.
Step 2: Exfoliate
Apply Body Polish over the areas you wish to tan or all over the body. Apply to dry skin for extra scrubbing power! Rinse well in the shower. Why exfoliate? Self tan works by staining the surface layer of skin cells. Exfoliating makes your self tan last longer and ensures a more even, smooth application.
Step 3: Moisturise
This is particularly important if your skin is dry or if you are applying the tanner to dry areas such as ankles, knees and elbows. Massage Body Zone into your skin from top to toe, paying particular attention to feet, ankles, knees, elbows and hands.
Step 4: Applying Self-Tan
Apply Colour Creator to your body in sections; starting at your lower legs and working your way up. Attend to knees, elbows and ankles at the end with excess on hands.
TIP: Use a tissue to remove any excess between your toes. When applying tan to the back of your hands, place a drop to the back of one hand then rub the backs of your hands together, making sure you cover the backs of both hands evenly. Moisturise daily and it is important to still wear a sunscreen everyday. ‘Tailor your tan’ by applying Colour Creator as often as you need until the colour you desire is achieved. Wash hands thoroughly after applying Colour Creator and use a nail brush underneath nails. |
