At Alpha-H we’re committed to providing the very best training for professional salon staff using our products.
Salon staff have the opportunity to attend a two day training workshop in their closest capital city (Australia), twice a year. Alpha-H distributors and representatives also visit salons on a regular basis to ensure that salon staff are aware of new products and any changes to professional salon treatments.
In addition to on-site training at salons, we also provide customers with manuals, information sheets and technical support via phone or email.
Beauty Salon Equipment Training:
Alpha-H also provides educational material and hands-on practical experience operating beauty salon equipment. These specialised training sessions are provided at no cost at our premises on the Gold Coast, Australia. Session times vary, ranging from one hour to five hours depending on the equipment and expertise of the therapist. Local Alpha-H sales reps can also provide training sessions at customers’ premises.
Professional Trainers
Alpha-H employs the services of dedicated, professionally trained aesthetician, Jackie Beddow, to answer customer enquiries and to train beauticians in the use of Alpha-H products and equipment. Jackie has over 25 years of industry experience covering all aspects of professional and paramedical skin care. She has owned and managed her own salons and is a professionally trained aesthetician qualified in:
- Microdermabrasion (Trained by Dr Douglas J. Grose, Medical Director and National Trainer for Microdermabrasion Australian Skin Clinics, Gold Coast)
- Skin Analysis
- Treatments and Procedures to treat different skin types and skin conditions.
Jackie has trained many therapists on concept, procedure and protocols of microdermabrasion, along with skin analysis and treatments and procedures.
