Terms & Conditions for Plant a Tree Promotion

1. Information on how to enter and details forms part of these conditions.
2. Entry is open to all Australian permanent residents only. Employees of Alpha-H and their subsidiary agents and members of their immediate families are not eligible to enter.
3. Each customer order in excess of $300 for Alpha-H products equals one entry. No responsibility accepted for lost, late or misdirected entries. Only one entry per customer permitted.
4. Orders returned to Alpha-H lose their status and the Treelovers promotion forfeited.
5. To enter, purchase any products online in excess of $300 from the Alpha-H Online Store.
6. A tree will be planted after 30 days of order being place, once order has been confirmed and dispatched by Alpha-H. Certificate will then be sent at this point.
7. Each customer whom qualifies will have a tree planted on their behalf and will receive certificate with their name and details of the tree.
8. The tree will be planted on behalf of International Waters Pty Ltd, trading as Alpha-H by Mt Burrell Cultural Gardens, 241 Mt. Burrell Road, Mt. Burrell New South Wales 2484 Australia. An allotment for Alpha-H has been set aside where your tree will be planted. For more information on this organisation visit their website www.treelovers.org.au.
